It was hours of darkness, there was a complete moon, the trees were singing and you could hear a wolf howling from a distance. Previously, the woods had showed no sign of life…
THEN out of nowhere a little girl went running on the old, dusty road, waving her hands hoping that a car would stop and pick her up. One by one they passed, but nobody even bothered to stop. The little girl started losing her hopes, accepted her destiny and let it be. She found a pile of soggy leaves on the dusty road and made her ‘nest’. Hours passed and the little girl had frozen, turned pale and almost dead.
Finally, a police car stopped. The little girl got up with the little energy remaining in her petite body, opened the door of the car and hopped inside. Then she started, “Mummy? I want my mummy, are you my mummy?” The policeman was confused, he touched the little girls head and felt that she was freezing and wet. “No, I’m not your mummy,” he said. “But we will find her,” he said, trying to comfort her.
Finally, a police car stopped. The little girl got up with the little energy remaining in her petite body, opened the door of the car and hopped inside. Then she started, “Mummy? She had an almost clowned-masked face expression which spooked out the policeman.
“Mummy…? Are you my mummy? I want my mummy…” and she continued…
.. the policeman was so freaked out that he ran to his car and left the poor girl in the darkness. The girl was shivering and whispering “Mummy? I want my mummy" all the time. The crack of dawn was close, the horizon was turnig pink. The whispers of the girl were turning louder,angrier. Her eyes were red from the cold and the sleepless night. Her body temperature had fallen several deegrees,so her skin was turning purple. She started walking,hoping to make it till the next town... (next one to continue the story ;p)
